Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
1. Browse & Add Items: Once you find an item you like, you must select the colour, fit (when applicable) and size you want. After you’ve made your choice, add the items to your shopping bag. Once you've finished shopping, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page.
2. Review & Edit Bag: Review your chosen items in the bag. Adjust quantities or remove items. To edit details, such as colour or size, click on the item and make changes.
3. Checkout: When ready, click "Checkout" or select a fast payment option. Log in to use rewards or continue as a guest.
4. Enter Your Delivery Information: Fill in your delivery information and select the shipping method.
Please note, we’re currently unable to offer in-store pickup for online purchases or the option to reserve items at your closest store. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Pay for Your Order: You can place your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, gift cards or your Style Rewards. Please note, for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle you’ll be redirected outside of the checkout to add your personal information and finalize the payment. Once done, you’ll be redirected to the website to confirm the purchase.
You can combine a payment method with a gift card and your Style Rewards.
6. Review & Confirm: Review your order, shipping and payment details. When everything looks good, confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing the order.
Can I save my items in my shopping bag?
You can add items to your shopping bag and we’ll automatically save your selection for you. We’ll save your items for 2 weeks, but we can't reserve them. Once an item sells out, the item will be unavailable at checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter the discount code at checkout.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We don't offer gift wrapping services at the present time.
Can I place an online order over the phone?
Yes, our Customer Care team will be more than happy to place your order over the phone. Please feel free to contact us at 1-877-973-8638.
How can I find the nearest store?
To locate the nearest store, click on "Find a Store" at the top right and bottom of every page on our website and on the top left in the menu on mobile. You can search for a store by postal code, city or mall. You can also select "Use My Location," which allows our system to approximate your location and provide a list of boutiques in your area. For each location, you can find opening hours and the address.
