Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase Laura and Melanie Lyne gift cards in various ways:
- Online on our website.
- In-person at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store. Find a store

We offer physical gift cards in 7 different values: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, and $250. For e-gift cards you can enter the amount you want to add.

How do I redeem a gift card?
You can use your gift card at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store or online. Gift cards with a 4-digit PIN number on the back can be redeem online. To determine if the gift card you received is web compatible, scratch the small rectangle to reveal the unique code.
To redeem online:
1. At the payment step during checkout, enter the 12-digit gift card number and the 4-digit PIN.
2. Click "Apply".
You can use multiple gift cards to pay your order. If the gift card's value is less than the order total, it will cover the purchase amount, and the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. Do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards have no expiration date and you can use them just like any other payment method on our website.
What happens if I want to return an item purchased with a gift card?
All items eligible for a return will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Can I return a gift card I purchased?
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, vouchers or coupons.
Is there a limit on the number of gift cards I can redeem at once?
You can use as many gift cards as you'd like to pay for your order. There's no limit.
How can I check my gift card balance?
To check your gift card or eGift card balance:
- Visit our website.
- Click “Gift Cards” at the bottom of the page.
- Add your gift card number and PIN in the “Check Gift Card Balance” form.
- Click “Check balance”.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Can I use my gift card in combination with a promo code and/or Style Rewards?
Yes, you can use your gift card in combination with a promo code and/or Style Rewards at checkout.
How can I gift a gift card to someone else?
Send eGift cards instantly by email or text or schedule them to send at a later date. You can also print an eGift card or get a physical gift card sent to you at home to hand deliver. You can include a personalized message and choose a specific design.
