How do I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as our orders are processed promptly. We can make changes or cancel your order if it hasn't been packaged for shipment yet. However, if it's already in the packaging process, you'll need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our return procedure.
To request order modifications or cancellations, please call Customer Care at 1-877-973-8638. Our team is available to assist you from MON - FRI 8 AM - 8 PM EST and SAT - SUN 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
When will my order be processed?
If your order payment has been successfully authorized, here's our processing schedule:
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before noon will be processed on the same business day, barring any unexpected delays.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
What if I haven't received an order confirmation email?
If you've made a purchase, you should have received an order confirmation email within minutes. If you can't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

- If you checked out as a guest, please call us at 1-877-973-8638, and we'll assist you, or send us an email here.
What if an item is unavailable after ordering?
We strive to fulfill your order completely, but sometimes certain items may become unavailable. If this happens, we'll send you an email to let you know about any changes to your order. Rest assured, you won't be charged for items that we can't ship.
How can I check my order status?
- If you have an account:
Log in and you'll find a summary of your placed orders. To view more details, simply click the order number.
- If you don't have an account:
You'll receive order status updates via email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. To track your order, simply click the link in the email to track its progress.
- If you have an account:
Log in to your account and find a summary of your placed orders. Click on the order number to access your tracking information.
- If you purchased as a guest:
You'll receive tracking updates via email.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?
If some items are missing, it could be because we're shipping them in separate packages for faster delivery. Please review your shipment notification emails for additional information.

Why was my order or some items cancelled?
Your order or certain items within your order may have been cancelled for one or more of the following reasons:
Product Availability: Sometimes, items become out of stock or are no longer available after you place your order. In such cases, we regretfully cancel the item and provide a refund.
Payment Issues: If there was an issue with processing your payment or if your payment method was declined, it could lead to the cancellation of your order. Please ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

Can I change or adjust my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address. However, if your order will be delivered by FedEx, you can update your delivery preference here.
