A Parisian Moment
with Marie-William Bourgeois
When this time of year rolls around, one thing’s for sure: All eyes are on the fashion hubs of the world. From New York and London to Milan and now Paris, these cities set the stage for the runway-approved trends that’ll define the upcoming seasons. As Paris Fashion Week comes to a close, we caught up with It girl, Marie-William Bourgeois, who opted to wear our spring collection throughout the week’s hustle and bustle. Balancing her time between Montreal and Paris, she took us through a day in the life.

Morning
Café de Flore –
172 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75006
Pausing for un petit café and a croissant at one of the city’s oldest and most iconic coffeehouses, Marie-William stays classic and polished with a white shirt, denim trousers and carryall bag. Botanical gold-tone earrings and the top’s sheer cutouts give the look that unique edge, proving that florals are taking over but not necessarily in the ways you’d expect. From there, a stop at a flower stand and art market seemed extra fitting.

Noon
Le Marais –
3e and 4e arrondissements
Going full monochrome chic for a day of shopping and walking, Marie-William rocks the Jelly Mint suit with the matching satchel bag, meshing perfectly with the buttery yellow backdrop of the neighbourhood. Reminiscent of all the soft greens we’ve seen on the runways, there’s arguably no better colour to wear right now. Definitely worthy of a strut down rue de Rivoli.

& Night
Palais Galliera –
10 avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, 75116
Last but certainly not least, Marie-William dials up the glamour at dusk in a romantic silhouette with soft yet sculptural bouffant sleeves. The off-the-shoulder neckline and floor-sweeping length balance each other out, creating a vision of elegance fit for a Parisian evening. One that involves incredible food and a night cap, of course.
