What shipping options are available?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You have the option of choosing standard or express shipping, as well as shipping to a Canada Post office or a specific address. For more details about our shipping policy, please click here.
What are the delivery times?
Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days, and express shipping will take 2-3 business days. For Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, and Nunavu: standard shipping will take 8-12 business days, and express shipping will take 4-8 business days
What are the delivery fees?
Standard shipping costs $7.95 and express shipping costs $24.95 except for Yukon Territory. Northwest Territories and Nunavut; the standard shipping costs $24.95 and the express shipping costs $44.95. We offer free shipping to orders of $150 or more. Free shipping is applicable Canada-wide, excluding the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. For your convenience, we estimate the shipping costs in your shopping bag based on your geolocation. At checkout, you can select different shipping methods (standard or express) and change your desired delivery address.
How can I follow my order once it is shipped?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. When you have this number log into your account and click on your order history. Use the tracking number to follow your order until it reaches the shipping address.
What happens if your carrier delivers my order while I'm not here?
Your package will be brought to the Canada Post office closest to your shipping address. You will receive a notice advising you where the nearest office is. You will then have 15 days to pick up your package at the specified office. After 15 days the package will be sent back our warehouse.
Can I ship to a Canada Post office?
Yes you can. To ship to a Canada Post office look at the options in Step 4 of the ordering process. You will be prompted to enter a postal code, then choose your office of choice from the listing (map) that is shown on the screen.
Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
Yes, you can. (now ship your order to a P.O box.)
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
No. At this time you can only have one shipping address per order.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we only ship to valid addresses within Canada.
