When do I need to provide my email address?
If you'd simply like to browse our online merchandise, we don't require your email address. We'll only ask for your email address when you choose to make an online purchase so that we can send you a confirmation after your order is placed. This is to let you know we've received your information correctly and we're processing your order. When you register, there is a checkbox for you to not select if you DO NOT wish to receive emails from Laura and Melanie Lyne. If selected, we won't send you any promotional emails, only your order confirmation emails.
Do I have to sign in?
Laura Canada does not require you to be registered or sign in to browse our website or purchase online merchandise. We do, however, recommend creating an online account to save you the trouble of re-entering your personal information upon each visit, which will speed up the checkout process. Having an account will also allow you to earn and keep track of your rewards and receive emails regarding exclusive news and promotions.
How can I find the store nearest to me?
Find the store nearest to you by clicking here or by selecting "Find a Store", displayed at the top of each page on our site. We'll redirect you to a page that will allow you to search a store by postal code, city, or province. You can also select "Locate me," which will allow our system to determine your approximate location and provide you with a list of all the stores in your area. For each location, you can click on "Visit the store page" for the opening hours and address, or to view a map.
