How can I create an account?
Here are a couple of options to help you easily create an account that you can use for both the Laura and Melanie Lyne brands.
- Click on the "Login/Register" button displayed at the top right of each page. (On a mobile device, "Login/Register" will appear within the menu tab on the left). You'll then be able to click "Create an Account" and fill out a simple form.
- While confirming your order, select the items you'd like to purchase and click "View Bag/Checkout" followed by "Secure Checkout." You'll then have the option to create an account by clicking on "Create an Account" and filling out a simple form.
What are a billing address and a shipping address?
Your billing address is the same address you use for your credit card, while your shipping address is where you'd like your order to be shipped.
Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to re-enter this data every time?
If you're a registered user and have signed in to your account, we do save your billing and shipping information. The current address we have on file will automatically show up during the checkout process. You'll be able to make any changes at this time or provide a different "Ship To" address. You can also add, remove or edit your information in the Account section of our website, under "Address Books."
How do I modify my personal account information?
Please sign in to your account using your email address and password. After logging in, click on "Personal Data" and update your information as needed. Make sure to save your changes! You may also call our Customer Service at 1-877-973-8638, or send an email to email@example.com.
I forgot my password. How can I connect to my account?
Click on “Login/Register” and then “Forgot Password.” Enter the email address you used to register. We'll then email you a password reset request. Once you've received our email, click on the link provided, which will bring you to a page where you'll be able to set up a new password. After you change your password, you'll receive another email to confirm the update.
How can I change my password?
Simply log in to your account, go to "Personal Data" and then change your password.

Signing up for our promotional emails and newsletters is simple! Choose from two easy options.
- You can sign up without actually creating an account. Just enter your email address in the "Keep in Touch" field. You'll then be prompted to add some optional information to a form. After entering this information, select "Sign Up."
- You can also sign up while either creating a new account or updating an existing one. Simply select "Login/Register," displayed at the top right of each page. (On a mobile device, "Login/Register" will appear within the menu tab on the left).
- If you're creating a new account, fill in the required fields and check the box next to "I would like to receive electronic messages …" Then, enter any additional optional information.
How can I unsubscribe from your promotional emails and newsletters?
Should you no longer wish to receive our promotional emails and newsletters, unsubscribing is quick and easy. Simply click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our emails. You'll then be brought to a webpage that will ask you to confirm that you would like to unsubscribe from the address you entered. Click "Unsubscribe" to complete the process. It's important to note that it can take up to 10 business days to stop receiving our emails once you've unsubscribed. Also, even if you've chosen not to receive our promotional emails, you'll still receive order-related messages, such as order and shipping confirmations. We may also contact you by email regarding questions or concerns related to your order.
